Would it be possible to have a receipt for when somebody has ACTUALLY seen your message to them as opposed to learning the message is in their box where it might not be ANY good?

    Yes, this is the only reason I ever stopped using the app years ago. My entire family and extended family had it until read receipts came out. That' over 40 people that went to a different app at that time.
