Picture Compression Option

Create an option to send a photo uncompressed when attaching to a message.

ChompSMS 7.1 on Android 4.2.2 is compressing photos when a photo is already under the size limit.

For example the size limit has been set to 1MB. A photo of 938KB is attached to a message and Chomp States the photo is too large and compressed the image to 385KB.

A video taken as a test of 986KB sends successfully.

    My images come through as complete garbage.

    image compression level is too high. it makes MMS really painfull to send with chomp.

    Same question. How do we disable compression? Every photo I send looks poor.
