Blacklisting not working for me. How can I fix it?

    A string of telephone numbers appear in Conversation List, but when I hold down on a number, Blacklist does not come up in drop-down list. Apparently caller number is not appearing so I cannot Blacklist the actual caller. Any help?

    When I long press a conversation, blacklist does not come up
