Stripping Diacritics doesn't work
Hi.
Seems like stripping Diacritics from Polish language works just occasionally. I was not able to find out the pattern but it certainly doesn't work every time. Mostly it doesn't, in fact.
Please fixfix.

it was working decently for me. but seems to be completely broken after last update.
