When delivery report is on, the sent notification(Tick sound & vibration) to be triggered only when the SMS was delivered.
Now, there's a notification for message sent successfully, which is triggered when the SMS reached the network. When someone enables the delivery report I think it means they're more interested in when the SMS was delivered to the other mobile phone, so the current sent notification seems useless. I think the sent notification would make more sense, in this case, to be triggered only when the SMS was delivered to the other mobile phone (information coming from the delivery report).

I wish delivery reports to have their notifications(ringtone and vibrations) when sms received by other mobile phones like when I receive other message i get notified that the message arrived,then I wish to be notified that my message is received by the one I sent to.
