Add delete option for quick compose pop up messages
Allow a quick compose pop up message to be deleted rather than saved by adding s 'delete' option to the configuration choices. Currently, all pop up messages get needlessly saved.

This is a must have feature for me. Enough that it might cause me to switch back to my old app Pulse Messenger
