"Speak text" in list of buttons for popup window

Add "Speak text" feature as an option in the list of buttons for the popup window (notification) >> read the message by one click on the popup window

    Agree with other comments, should be an option to have as a button on the main pop up screen

    Since I turned it on I want to turn it off but the option is not there anymore. It was only there to turn it on. How do you turn it off

    But you can't put it on the main screen only get to it when press more options...why is that?

    Phone asleep. SMS comes in. Phone wakes, makes notification noise, generates pop-up and entry in notification shade. Now how do I implement customization to allow me to tap the screen ONCE and have the phone Speak the message to me. you said this was implemented in 6.13... HOW?

    I'd like "speak text" to be a button in the notification, since I don't use the popup.
