Duplicate text not being received - defect or spam deterrent?
When sending 2 texts with the same content in short succession, one after another, the second text appears to send, but is not being received.
Can be repro with multiple contacts, and when sending to myself as well.
If intended as a means to stop spamming, can there be an option to interrupt after 2 or 3 duplicates instead of just one?

Generally used to test settings (notifications, sound levels, etc.), but occassionally in casual conversation as well. Was initially identified when the receiving party expected 2 separate responses, but only received one.
