Vcard

Hi,

Coming from handcent which is great but now slow. One thing, I am really missing is the possibility to choose to send contacts by phone numbers OR using vCards. In this case, the all contact information will be sent (without photo, then it will be a mms) . Of course, then, the application should be able to receive vCard to create or merge the full information in a contact.

Receive vCard task is now completed. Just sending a vCard is not done.

Really would like to send vcards. I have to copy from contacts & paste. First the phone #, then the email. Waiting patiently...

I have been using chomp for a long time and having V-card support is a deal killer.
As other guys mentioned you have implemented that in textra long time ago, but unfortunately textra lack many advanced features which only chomp can offer. Not to mention that chomp is a paid application and should get more attention than free app.

getting blank vcard info as well. this feature is needed in the app. sending party has no idea that I'm getting nithing

I think the worst issue is the reception of vcard. As it is now you only receive a blank mms. The sender has no clue that it won't work on my phone. While sending at least works, even though it doesn't comply with the vcard standard.
