Allow mms to be sent in time delay mode.
i created a birthday 'card' for my daughter and wanted it to be delivered at a specific time. i got the msg that mms could not be sent in delayed mode. so had to send it then since i could not save the created birthday card.

MMS time delay will it be same as the SMS time delay?

Just like the regular SMS texting this feature would be great for this part also
