delayed sending increased to 10 sec
currently 3 sec delay is maximum, increase maximum to 10 secs or more.

Our better yet, allow us to choose a custom time between one and ten seconds

for large messages 3seconds is not enough, sometimes I accidently touch send button. Please allow a larger delay. (eg: 0-30sec. )
