Using Samsung Note 5 and I can't get my ringtones to work, the message count to stay on icon and when I open app, not the texr message, the new texr notification disappears before I can read or see which text is new. I have disabled factory messaging app.

It plays the music ring for my phone calls. Before the Samsung upgrade I had the song from the TV show "The Golden Girls". But I am getting "What's the Buzz", the song ment for phone calls and Samsung messed me up so bad that I haven't been able to answer a single phone call. I have to contact them again. They really made a mess of this upgrade. I was told that if I didn't participate in upgrading, Verizon would make me??? Can't but wonder HOW???

Mine will not work either and I have installed the extra app to make it work and still nothing it's getting very annoying
