Lollipop - MMS notification

In lollipop, with mobile data off, we don't receive any kind of notification of a new MMS (I know about the API removed by google to activate mobile, but we need to receive any kind of notification to an existing MMS, even if the MMS is not downloaded)

    I got the new note 5 from Sprint and i can't send mms. Please help.
