I love Samsung phones all I have ever owned but I'm so tried of my pictures not go thru evertime there is an update. My husband has lung cancer and we are trying to keep his spirits up by sharing Grandbabies pictures if this keeps up I'm going to change to an I phone! Very upset.

FIRST concern to this issue was posted March 1 ,2015!! It's already 2020!! What's up guys? Is not sharing pics important to you? Please fix!

Just upgraded to Moto g7 power and like others can't send pictures. Worked fine on Moto E5 plus. Just switched 3 days ago. I have paid for this. Fix it or return my money

Pro user, New Motor G7+, cannot send photos.
Photo loads normally, press send, pic and any text disappear without error. Hmmm?

My pictures randomly send or not. And I can't receive pix randomly. Says to check apn settings. Sometimes works. Sometimes not.

Chomp will not send pictures. I also get the red exclamation point box with every picture I try to send.
