I was asked to update my Bitmoji account. Since then I have to login every time I want to use my Bitmoji. Before the update I had direct access from my message bar.

I lost my bitmoji app on my gmail

I must have deleted the bitmoji icon from my messages. I still have the app and it is working fine I just don't have the direct access from the message center anykore.

Have new phone and it says I have an account but my bitmoji will not appear.

I try to use the app but when I log in it tells me account already exists!!!

I just need you all to be more open. I love this app. But people of color can do soooo many things with our hair, including dread locs. It would be great if that was an option. Be more open minded. Whoever is in charge of the different features needs to open their eyes and see all beautiful and different walks of life. Our hair isn't just straight or a fro. Come on now

I used a email for a old bitmoji account, I would like to remove the email from there and change the email to my current account.

I’m saddened that you’ve taken away Frienmoji in the Facebook Messenger app. My long distance boyfriend (he is in Canada and I’m in the US) have used this for years and it helped us feel closer. It hurts to have it gone.
