The feature to change the password does not work! I'm in a constant doloop!

I can't reset my password! The link they send is just the log in link!!!

Bitmoji didsapeared. Is asking me to sign again w Facebook or email. Didn't do it before. Why this geniuses changed a good thing? They can keep it. I m not sign anything.

I am in continous loop with sign. Out of blue, it required new sign in. Having forgotten password, it sends an email with an embedded link. When I click on the link, it sends me back to the sign in page... And repeats and repeats...

Can't rest password

I signed up with bitmoji months ago and then I purchased a new LG telephone. I cannot remember my password, and even if I try to create another account I cannot because I get an error code stating that there is already an account with that email address and to please enter my password. Please help me!

I've never had to officially sign into my Bitmoji app. All of a sudden it's asking for information other than logging in with Facebook. Does that mean I'm starting all over? I do not want to redo my avatar.

Hello, I have suddenly had problems replying with Bitmoji in my messenger. the only way I could send was to go to Bitmoji and select to send from messenger from there. Which isn't any fun because it doesn't have the option of the other person's Bitmoji with me in the picture. So today I uninstalled and reinstalled and there is no longer an option to sign in with facebook. So I had to create a whole new account and bitmoji and it STILL doesn't work. What the heck is going on?

I have tried all morning to log in with NO success. I had to switch to a new phone My account is active under this address but I cannot remember the password nor will your site allow me to make the change of password happen. It's just comes back "oops something went wrong try again later"
