All of the sudden I have been logged out of bitmoji and when I enter my only valid email address option Bitmoji states it is invalid. What is going on and how do I fix it? Bitmoji pops up automatically if I type anything

I am disappointed there is no choice of violet hair. There's a couple of shades of pink, blue, and there's even green hair. I have purple /violet hair and that is not an option I feel it would actually be more fun with more color options.

Please can you update the Bitmoji app so that it has all the same customisation options as Bitstrips had for the personal avatar? These included many more hairstyles, colour pickers for all clothing and accessories, footwear choices, maybe an enhanced colour palette with a slider to create more accurate hair/skin/eye colour.
