I can use it one day, and then it wants me to sign in. When I do that, it won't take my e-mail address or password.

I have the same problems as all the others here. Unable to login any way I try. This sucks. You guys should really be ashamed for staying silent on this. You obviously have a problem.

** SOLUTION: From the Bitmoji app select "Export Snapchat to Bitmoji" then proceed to "create your account" on Bitmoji.

I guess when we created our Bitmoji using Snapchat it did not automatically create an account on Bitmoji (lol)

What the hell...I can't login my account. I gave you guys access to both my Snapchat and Facebook and I still can't login. I invested a lot of time into creating that Bitmoji and now I'm just going to delete the app until enough time goes by to cool off. What a scam of an app just looking to gain private information and once they do...you're locked out of your own account. Shame on you guys and get your ish together!

I logged onto bitmoji once. the second time i tried it and it says there was was a log in error. I thought maybe it was my password so I tried resetting my password and it said my email was "invalid." I know it's not cause I've been sending things back and forth to my cousin all day long with that same email. No, there was no typo in my password or email. I even copied and pasted both my email from my email account! GET YOUR FUCKING SHIT TOGETHER BITMOJI CAUSE OBVIOUSLY IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot log on to bitmoji. Did about one time and then it stopped working. When I try to log in, says there was log in error. Is this a joke or what? I deleted app and reinstalled. Still getting same messages already have account, log in error, etc.
