How can I delete my account so I can start from scrap

I can't access my Bitmoji. I down loaded the app and tried to sign in and could not. It ask that I reset my password so I put in my email address so they can send temporary password. I never get the email. Not in my inbox, trash, spam or bulkmail. So, I tried to delete the app and download again. I didn't truly delete it.... it just wasn't showing on my phone. Any ideas?
