Emoji not accepting my email or password

I have sent several emails but you never do anything. You have very bad customer service. JSR

Your instructions on resetting passwords do not work!!!! Each time I go through the verification that I am not a robot, I then go to signing in. At that point it will not allow me to enter my email address. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR.

Delete the app and reinstall it to allow access to the bitmoji again on your key board
