    FIX THE GLITCH!!!!! No patience for your lack of diligence in fixing this!
    It will not just open just keeps saying invalid email address. I deleted the app 2 times in the last 30 minutes. I've changed the password numerous times, I've verified over and over. Double checked, triple checked. Oops something went wrong, no it did not from my input!
    I'm done playing with a product that is faulty.

    Bitmoji says my email address is invalid. Can’t log in. Can’t get to the gear in app to cancel my account so that I can open a new one?????

    My daughters Bitemoji has a bloody cut on her forehead. She can’t get it off no matter how many times she rebuilds her Bitemoji

    Same issue for me. I have an account on my phone, but when I try to login to add the Chrome extension on my laptop it does not recognize my account.
