I can not get my bitmoji back as it tells me my email is invalid. ??? I've had this for a long time. What's going on?

I tried to use my bitmoji tonight that I have had for a long time, and now it says I have to log in.Neither chose, sign in or set up says my email address is valid. I have 2

It logged me out and is telling me email address is invalid,also!

I really like Bitmoji, but it took over my keyboard and did not have spellcheck and was a drag as it supplanted my apple keyboard and it's emoji choices so I eventually had to delete it. Too bad, because I really liked its program except for this very irritating feature.

When I select an emoji from the bitmoji to add to my text, it won't allow me. It says "This feature requires additional permissions. Please enable these permissions from the Settings screen. What do I need to do to be able to add them to my text messages? I just had my phone replaced. I could do it with no problem on my other phone. It is the exact same type of phone, Samsung Galaxy S7, so I don't know why it won't do it now.

When I log in to bitmoji it says "my email is invalid"

I log in to my Bitmoji account via Google Chrome to use on my PC. It shows to open it with Gmail. I click on that. Nothing happens except my Gmail opens!?!? The website also states"You can also use Bitmoji on almost any website by clicking the icon beside the address bar." but there is not one on mine. PLease advise!

Cannot even create a bitmoji at all I download the app give it my passwords for Snapchat and my password for email it denies me access with both. Both passwords are correct and I don't want to reset them any advice?
