SMS MMS send and delivery reports not working

I don't get any check marks showing delivered or sent from the app.

    Always worked with cellcom, just switched to consumer cellular and no go for SMS and MMS 😕 love this feature, what's the deal? REALLY BUMMED!! PLEASE FIX!!!

    There are no delivery reports when I send texts. It just stopped. Why?

    Mine worked for SMS all the time on T-mobile. But I just changed to Sprint and now it doesn't work. Always shows as pending

    Mine don't work either....help??
    Does it only work with contacts using the same app?? So co fused
