MMS trouble

MMS won't come and the APN notification keeps showing. Though can't read it and have changed all settings as needed and disabled another messaging app, nothing worked...

    I can not get MMS to work. I've disabled other messaging apps etc., and still nothing. I have a Galaxy S7

    Not getting MMS. Don't know how to fix. Don't think I can send them either. Android (Alcatel) Help 💕

    I have done all the fixes posted and I still get "can't download MMS" msg. Now I'm getting a weird tone also. HELP PLEASE
