The RCS interfaces (APIs) on Android are currently *only* available
for Google to use, no other third party developer has access. Thus,
currently on Google Play, the only app to provide RCS functionality
is the Google Messages app.
We are hopeful Google will make these RCS interfaces available in
the near future, so that Chomp SMS can also offer RCS functionality.
