Language support
You should be able to configure the soft keyboard on your phone to use other languages.
These instructions will vary depending on your phone but the following should point you in the right direction:
Go to Android Settings > Languages & Keyboard > [your keyboard] and from there you should see a setting called "Input languages" from there you should be able to enable other languages and there should be a hint there on how to switch between other input languages.
