Chomp SMS not sending messages

Chomp SMS uses your carrier to send messages, so your carrier rates apply, exactly the same as sending a message from your Android Stock / System messaging application.

Therefore, if you can send messages from your devices Android Stock / System messaging app, you will be able to send messages using Chomp SMS.

(The other user doesn't need Chomp SMS installed to receive or reply to messages).
