  1. timestamp issues can cause huge fights among couples who rely on technology! fix it now!

    Big issue! My cheating lying husband is running around cyber sexting...he sometimes, by accident sends me the text, instead of one if his Hoes. The only way I can wage war against him and call him out as the pervert that he is???is my use of a steady, solid platform called technology. I just barely installed this app and already issues we're talking one day!   2. When I choose a contact, it should be in immediately In the typing area, instead it's still in the contact area

    After choosing contact, the cursor should be in the typing area immediately.

  3. Ability to remove the call button...

    I came to chomp because the stock messaging app had the button that couldn't be turned off and I accidentally called people, I absolutely HATE that. I'm not seeing an option to turn it off and that should be a standard feature. If I want to call someone that's what the "phone" button is for. I will be finding a new app, after having chomp for so long, if it can't be removed...

  4. Option to see contacts first name first...

    When listing contact names, give option to show first name or last name first. Currently the last name is showing first. Currently, I am seeing the contacts suffix name then first name. For example I have a contact saved as "Jane" with a suffix "John Cousin". In the messenging list it shows up backwards as "John Cousin Jane". I would like to see it as Jane, John Cousin.

  5. Private box....PLEASE!!!!

    A private box (like Gosms has) with the ability to change the name of the "private box" to anything you want. Also, GIFs in the messages don't move. It's just a still picture. Can you fix that? If you make those two changes, I will switch to you guys in a heartbeat!

  6. You broke accessibility!

    You broke accessibility with the latest update. Before, when the add button was at the top, TalkBack recognized the button with no problem. Now that you have the edit button in the bottom-right corner, TalkBack doesn't even recognize there is a button there. My husband and I are both going to have to switch text apps until you fix it. PLEASE FIX!!!

  7. the shadow under the new round material design button doesn't look quite right. maybe try rgba(0,0,0,0.25) instead of rgb(0,0,0)?

  10. Place clock icon on message in the list section for scheduled message

    Let's do the same thing baby brother textra did on scheduled messages, why should I open a message to remember it's scheduled. Otherwise I may delete it.

  12. Emojis now show on top of keyboard

    Emojis used to show up instead of the keyboard.. Now when I hit emojis. They show up on top of the keyboard,, there bye covering the message area,, and now I can't tell what I'm typing. Specifically, which emojis are being entered.

  14. Can I make certain individual contacts silent but others not silent?

    I have a contact who texts me that I would rather not be heard when they do. I would like theirs to be silent but others make the default tone.

  15. Hide floating new message button

    One of the main reasons I switched to chomp was the lack of the floating button in the lower right that all material apps use. I absolutely cannot stand it, and now chomp has decided to add this annoying feature. I can understand some people may like it, but please give us the option to disable it for those that feel it's a waste of space.
