I used to be able to utilize SMS backup to sync to my Gmail account. It would actually keep email strings attached to the contact in my phone. I also use a CRM for my business and the CRM would pick up the Gmail that was connected to a contact in both my contacts and in my CRM. This was huge and being able to track notes to communication. Was a great thing to help me grow my business and keep track of communications. At some point Google decided that it could not be tied in together. I have tried workarounds with no luck can you please get back on where we had that availability
