Yes, good idea to be able to set a user defined limit on old texts in the conversation lists.

Absolutely love your app, this is the only thing I can think that it needs, a very handy addition it would be.

Please put an option on settings to have the message limited that is being sent to me.Too many people send me long messages. Thankyou

YEEESSSS, please provide a feature to automatically purge stale messages. The numerous stale & no longer needed text messages in my phone are wastefully eating up its limited & valuable storage capacity.
However, please keep text messages flagged as "locked" in tact (regardless of age).

A standard feature on most other texting apps. Unbelievable it doesn't exist in Chomp. Unfortunately, this is a must-have for me. I guess I'll have to keep looking

This is under a STORAGE heading under other texting apps. At least let us "select all" when deleting and then uncheck, for instance, the last 10.

Handcent has it. Chomp is better in every other way, but the feature is incredible.

Delete old messages based on count - you can even have it distinguish SMS/MMS so you don't lose funny pics that people sent or whatever

Need this option or will have to find another app.
