    I think this request should be marked as complete, it appears it already exists. Go to:
    1. Menu (3 dots in upper right corner) and select settings
    2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select "Messages to Keep"
    3. Set how many text and media messages per conversation you want to keep (various increments).
