I have a new Android phone, replacing my old Android, and have put in my email address and password to restart Bitmoji, and even asked for new password setup to be sent by email. Nothing is happening. No login, no email for resetting.

Keep getting the login, have Internet access message when trying to use Bitmoji. Tried to log-in without success after exiting. Requested password reset to no avail -- can't even get msgs from you even though you say you sent. I've checked all spam options. Others seem to have same problem. On iPhone, version 8.1.

I had an existing bitmoji account. Since the loss of the cartoon creator and the re issue of bitmoji I have not been able to log in normally and had to resort to creating a snapchat account to get around an erroneous error message that says my email address is an invalid address, it is not. My Bitmoji isn't linking with snapchat. I'm clicking all the right things but it just won't work. I've even tried deleting the app and logging out of my snapchat. How can I fix this?

I can't log into my Bitmoji I hit I forgot my password I enter my email the app says they sent instructions to rest my password, but no instructions have been sent. I even check my junk folder and nothing is there. What can I do, please help
