    I had an existing bitmoji account. Since the loss of the cartoon creator and the re issue of bitmoji I have not been able to log in normally and had to resort to creating a snapchat account to get around an erroneous error message that says my email address is an invalid address, it is not. The minute I typed the first letter of the address, any address, it does this. WTH Snapchat....... sincerely Thunder Ruthven, thndrrthvn@yahoo.com
