    When I put my information in it tell me this information its already been used , well I know that it's my information what the hell! I tried to change my password it wont let me why?

    Hello my name is Deborah Johnson and I have the app and has been using the bitmoji for well over 8 months and now I can't get in. This is a new phone and I need to get my app to working. This is the same phone number, and my email is still the same, what can you all do to fix it for me? My email is djohnson3509@gmail.com, could your team correct this issue for me?

    Hello I had bitmoji on another phone and can't remember my email or my password I do have a new email on my new phone and would like to access bitmoji again how do I go about signing up with a new email in a new password thank you very much have a good rest of your day

    How do I remove my hat on my bitmoji. There use to be a hat catagory beside the shirt at top right that left me not only change my clothing, but hats as well and it's no longer there and I have no option to remove the one I have now. Please help. Thank you!

    Love Bitmoji! Can you please add a baseball designer cap, or Kangol or Bucket hat, or Snapback Hat to the back for the Bitmoji. I am a guy and my Bitmoji is not true to form cuz I wear a baseball cap (fashion) all the time; kinda like LL Cool J. :)
