    Hello my name is Deborah Johnson and I have the app and has been using the bitmoji for well over 8 months and now I can't get in. This is a new phone and I need to get my app to working. This is the same phone number, and my email is still the same, what can you all do to fix it for me? My email is djohnson3509@gmail.com, could your team correct this issue for me?
