I'm trying to link my bitmoji account to my slack account and it keeps saying my email is invalid. Others are having this same issue so please fix this.

App is not allowing me to create an account using my email address- saying that it's not a valid address, which is nonsense. Others are clearly having the same problem- please fix this.

Same problem as others have had. Got a new phone and couldn't retrieve my info. Tried to get password reset and got message that email was invalid? Started over and choices are not as previously used. Options are much less.
Not liking this.

So I used a different email. It worked and I set a new password and it took. So even though I had to do it on a different computer. It came back
On my phone with my original Bitmoji. 😀

Time to totally delete and try a new app. No help. This is terrible

I am having the same problem with the invalid email prompt. It finally accepted one of the two emails I use, but I can't get my old avatar back. I'd like to use my original account/avatar on my new phone. Can someone help? Thanks.

Reinstalled bitmoji app and can't remember email or password from when I first set it up years ago. It won't let me create new account. It tells me invalid email. Can't get passed this.
