    So I used a different email. It worked and I set a new password and it took. So even though I had to do it on a different computer. It came back
    On my phone with my original Bitmoji. 😀

    Time to totally delete and try a new app. No help. This is terrible

    I somehow logged off my Bitmoji account and now it won’t recognize my email. I have done everything several times but keep getting the same message.
