Same problem as a lot of people. Since upgrading my phone cannot log in to Bitmoji. Keeps saying wrong email. HELP or I will delete for ever.

I turn my phone off at night and then on in the AM, however, if someone sends me a Bitmoji while my phone is turned off, or battery dies, I never get it, I turn my phone on and it's not there and does not ever show up. Big problem. Anyone know what to do, other then leaving phone on all the time. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Apple Support. Finally the guy simplly said they are all lost and leave phone on 24/7.

I loved my old bitmoji but when I reset my phone it cleared everything out and erased it. Cant get my bitmoji to look like it did...anyway to get it back?

when trying to use my bitmoji with imessage would shift off/on on its own. I turned phone off/on - still the same problem. Tried to delete and reinstall - telling me my email is invalid - it is no invalid. I see many others are having the same issue - is there a fix in the works?

I also cannot log in and register my account as it says my email address is invalid.

Can't find any way to set up a new account. Keeps asking for my existing email and password. If I key the email address alone it says it's invalid. Same thing if I try to reset the password.

I'm 72 years old and walk with a cane, I don't see anyway to age my bitmoji or change the color of the clothes, I wear black all the time and use a cane.

After the latest update my old avatar is gone. Can I get it back?

Can I update my email. I've been migrating off gmail to protonmail. If not, can I at least export my avatar and create a new account with the new email?

sounds like bitmoji are gonna loose a whole lot of (former) users. i’m deleting the app- it has got complicated and sounds dodgy.

If there is no response made to answer the questions of many, on the invalid e-mail issue. I will consider that it could be a hack of some kind to get information or to use what you already have and will uninstall the app. That will make me sad, ad I have had it a long time, and have lots of fun with it.
