I turn my phone off at night and then on in the AM, however, if someone sends me a Bitmoji while my phone is turned off, or battery dies, I never get it, I turn my phone on and it's not there and does not ever show up. Big problem. Anyone know what to do, other then leaving phone on all the time. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Apple Support. Finally the guy simplly said they are all lost and leave phone on 24/7.
