    For the peanut-allergy folks in this thread — good news, it's not fried in peanut oil. It's a soybean-based vegetable oil. Full detail on whether <a href="https://daveshotchicken.us/blog/what-oil-does-daves-hot-chicken-use">does Dave's use peanut oil</a> and what it means for allergies.
