   Ever since I got an upgrade to my iPhone... iPhone six to a 7+ I’m not able to log into my current Bitmoji account using my email address. The error message says “There was a problem logging you in. Please try again.” I have tried at least 20 times n even tried to reset password n set up new account. I don’t want to delete it off my old phone cuz I don’t want to lose all my avatar stuff. I already have an existing account with my old iPhone. Please advise.

   I already have an account for Bitmoji and got a new phone and trying to login with my account and I keep getting this error message: There’s was a problem logging you in. Please try again.
