  4. Amend knowledge base article on notifications troubleshooting to include an extra item.

    Clear the Chomp app cache. Go to Settings>see all apps>Chomp>Storage and cache>CLEAR CACHE.
    Problem: Sound notifications to received texts from anyone in my contacts list stopped occurring. I repeatedly tried to set alert sounds in the notifications settings for individual contacts but the changes wouldn't "stick", having reverted to the silent option every time I rechecked. I tried all the suggestions in the knowledge base article and more (!) without success.

    Solution: I cleared the Chomp app cache and I'm getting sound notifications once more.

  5. First 3 digit text spam

    I get up to 10 spam texts a day - all from unique numbers but a finite and repeating number of "area codes". Please improve and update your blocklist feature to include "first 3 digit" blocking.

  6. Can you create a trash bin recovery for deleted conversations?

    Create a trash bin recovery that maybe give you a couple of days to restore a conversation or message before it's permanently deleted from your device.

  8. Reverse conversation list

    Hello,
    Screens become bigger and bigger and while it was fun to have the conversation list (in main window) with new messages on the top, now it is pretty frustrating to have to extent the thumb to open the newest message.

    It doesn't seem possible to reverse the order in the settings

  9. Notifications for starred contacts only.

    Have the ability to configure different notification rules for Starred Contacts.

    For example, notifications could be disabled or silent for everyone but Starred Contacts could have persistent notifications with vibrate and/or sound.

  12. Conversation headers

    Add the ability to have a conversation header. I have used this feature in Pulse SMS to identify a group conversation easier. Like labeling a group conversation with my family as "Family Chat"

  15. Phone Icon at top not Working

    When I tap the phone icon at the top, it does not call out. How do you enable that feature? I have an Android phone. Thank you in advance for any assistance given.

    I would love to get a option similar to the iPhones where you can react to the message with a like/dislike/love/hate etc. option.

  18. New phone not restoring old settings and messages

    Switched to a new phone. Old phone had back up turned on and connected to Google but it will not restore settings or conversations. It is restoring from an old back up from 2018.
