    I’d like to suggest adding a smart recommendations or deals section within the app experience.

    From what I’ve seen, the platform already allows users to submit feedback and vote on ideas, which helps improve features over time.

    However, one useful addition could be a section where users can discover relevant offers, tools, or useful resources based on their activity.

    For example:

    Suggested tools or services based on user behavior
    Verified offers or discounts related to apps/services users already use
    Optional section (non-intrusive) for added value

  3. Quick reply as draft if not sent.

    if a reply is started in the quick reply/pop up, but isn't sent, it should save as a draft in that chat instead of vanishing entirely if someone clicks done/close or later

  4. Fix the back up to Google to the way to be!!

    Fix the back up to Google to the way it used to be! It would email the text messages and tag the person i was texting. Also emailed the calls. This was awesome because I could search in my email and it would show up in my CRM. Get it back!!

  7. Forgot To Hit Send Notice

    Oftentimes people type up a message but then get distracted or go to another app, and then forget to actually send the message. They check back days later and go "damn I forgot to hit send." It's happening more and more. A notice that would tell you, "hey you've had this msg typed up for over an hour (or day or whatever), did you forget to send it?" would be helpful.

  19. There should be an option to change colors in conversation list for sim1 vs Sim 2 messages, this will make them easy to differentiate

    2 Sims messages look exactly the same in the conversation list. We should be able to give them different colors to make it easier to sort them out.
