Have more date and time options.
Create more customization options for the times sending and receiving texts. Like just having the local time excluding the month, day, and year. Or receiving a text and it says "X min ago".

2 "send" button for each sim (for dual sim)
for easier and faster selection for sending sms, than the time consuming holding-down-the-sendbutton method that sends the message from the wrong sim if you lift your fingers a little early.

Avatar pop-ups as an option to the regular pop-up
When receiving a text, you can have the option of an Avatar pop-up instead of the regular pop-up notification box.

Please make it where it would speak my messages either out loud or through blue tooth or both at the same time or one or the other.
I would like to be able to have my text messages read to me. With the ability to have them read through blue tooth only or read out loud only or both at the same time. Also the ability to speak a reply message through blue tooth. This would be a great feature for safety reasons and for those of us who have dexterity problems.

Give us the double space = a period at end of sentence back! What happened?
It is really irritating to not be able to find the setting to automatically insert a period at end of sentence by pressing space TWICE.

Better customization of notification while on call
Both the ringtones I normally use and vibrate are too distracting when I am on a call. The people I'm speaking to ask what that sound was. I wish that I could choose a notification sound to use when I am on a call

Temporarily turn off popup notification while I sleep
I would like to be able to temporarily disable my popup notification while I am asleep, say from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, similar to the MOTO feature, where you can turn off screen notifications automatically. No bright screen to wake you up. Haven't found that feature anywhere in any sms app.

Individual items of clothing
I think it would be a great idea for bitmoji users to be able to dress their bitmoji how they want. For example, i might like the shirt from one outfit but not the pants and shoes. The shirts, pants, shoes, and accessories should be individual.

Strip GEOTAGS when sending SMS images
I think lots of people keep GeoTagging enabled in their camera app because of related functionality in apps like Google Maps or Photos, but don't realize that they are also sending their exact location coordinates with every selfie or other picture they send as an SMS text message. I 'd like to keep generating geotags each image but have an option in CHOMP to strip geotags (and possibly other stored personal information) from outgoing SMS photo messages such as TIFF and JPEG. Visual indication that a text was successfully sent
Some text message apps visually indicate with a check mark or other symbol that a text message was successfully sent. There have been many times when I sent a text using Chomp SMS and I don't find out until hours later that the text was not successfully sent.
I suggest that chomp SMS add something to the conversation interface so that users can immediately know if a text was successfully sent and received. This way, users do not have to wait for the error message to appear minutes or hours later.

Heads Up Display for MMS Group Texts
Quick Reply HeadsUp display does not work when an MMS group text is received. Only pops up for SMS texts. It would be nice if text MMSs would show.

voice input
For a few months now, when I initially use voice input it works just fine but with ChompSMS running in the background, after awhile, the voice input prompt will say try again. And repeatedly clicking retry does not work. The only solution is to close the app and reopen it

Ability to resize background picture.
When I put a custom photo as the background for my theme, without the keyboard the picture is too large/zoomed in and blurry. But when the keyboard is displayed it is how I want it. I believe we should have the ability to resize and make the background static.
