    I think this is so that you will "accidentally" tap the ad screen at the top that appears at approximately.. No, wait.. Exactly when you try to tap on the top message.. considering nowadays EVERYTHING is jockeying for "clicks" for revenue.. isn't it interesting that just as you go to open the message.. it moves out of the way and the ad is there.. You decide..
