    This is one of the biggest issues I have with any other messaging app I've tried. As someone who uses mute constantly, I need a visual notification. I find it incredibly helpful to glance at the home screen and see the red dot on the icon indicating someone texted. The notifications are tiny and get lost among the other zillion insignificant notifications battling for that same 5x25mm space up top, and while changing the color of the led is cool, it is difficult to determine the color in good lighting or outdoors. The lack of this feature alone has driven me back to the stock msg app multiple times. This was a six star app until I just found out the red circle didn't work, and then that it didn't exist. Must be added, I can hold out only so long. ;^)
